📦 Return Request Period

All return/refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order. Requests after this timeframe cannot be accepted.

📸 Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Product

To be eligible for a claim:

  • Share an unboxing video (from package opening to showing issue).
  • Photos alone will not be accepted without the unboxing video.
  • For missing items, share unboxing + packaging photos.

🔄 Exchange for Wrong Product

If you receive a wrong product, we’ll process a replacement once verified via the unboxing video.

🚚 Late or No Delivery

If there’s a delay or your courier doesn’t respond, kindly wait 3–4 working days while we investigate and resolve the issue with the delivery partner.

💳 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are initiated only if:

  • The item is damaged or defective (with proof via video).
  • Wrong product delivered.
  • Item not delivered due to courier fault.

📬 Return Shipping

The return shipping cost must be paid by the customer. We’ll provide the return address upon request.

Your return/refund may be rejected if:

  • No unboxing video is shared.
  • Product was used or returned in poor condition.
  • Complaint raised after 48-hour window.

Once approved, refunds are processed within 7 working days via your original payment method or bank transfer.

  • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • In original packaging
